  16. Balancing was new for 3.0, actually. You click the mouse on the
  17. balancing bar between two groups (there are both vertical and
  18. horizontal kinds) and drag; the groups either side of the bar will be
  19. dynamically resized, so you can adjust the amount of window space they
  20. use. Navigation/Balancing Groups/Look in MUIPrefs allows you to specify
  21. whether you want the groups to update visually as you drag, or show
  22. outlines instead.
