- Balancing was new for 3.0, actually. You click the mouse on the
- balancing bar between two groups (there are both vertical and
- horizontal kinds) and drag; the groups either side of the bar will be
- dynamically resized, so you can adjust the amount of window space they
- use. Navigation/Balancing Groups/Look in MUIPrefs allows you to specify
- whether you want the groups to update visually as you drag, or show
- outlines instead.
